Meetings & Membership

GCQG Membership Form(PDF)2024 Programs

Meetings are held monthly* on the third Thursday night of each month at 6:30 p.m. at Saint James Presbyterian Church 11907 South Elm Street, Jenks, Oklahoma. (except for December)

Guild meetings generally follow a format of old and new business, announcements, show and tell, monthly door prizes, and the best part — a quilt related segment! Please note in the case of inclement weather, when Tulsa Public Schools are closed, guild meetings are cancelled.

Membership is open to anyone with an interest in quilting and runs from January 1 to December 31.

Green Country Quilters Guild offers the opportunity for quilters to meet and become friends with others interested in quilting. The objective of the guild is to stimulate interest in quilts sand to promote and advance the art of quilting in all its forms — through educational programs, workshops, community projects and social activities where we share our knowledge and skills.

The guild offers two or more professionally taught workshops annually and has educational programs at guild meetings.

There is a lending library for member use. Books and rulers may be checked out for one month at a time. Once a year, older books and rulers in the libraries are sold to members at a discount price.

Several stitch groups have been formed within the guild and quilters are welcome to join.  The membership roster is published annually, updated monthly and is located on our website under members only page.

Dues are $45 for members 18 and over, $15 for members 12-17 (with a member sponsor).
